- Please fill out a client intake form online prior to your appointment. Your massage will not begin until this is complete and waiver is signed.
- Cancellation of appointment must be done 24 hours prior to scheduled time or there will be a $25 cancellation fee added to the client's next scheduled appointment.
- Payment can be done online and this is the preferred method of payment. However, payment will be accepted in person, if needed.
- This is a professional massage and all Illinois Laws pertaining to massage will be adhered to including proper draping. Any inappropriate behavior, requests, or advances that violate these laws or the established Ethics of massage will result in cessation of the massage and the client forfeits and fees paid. There will be no refunds.
- The client may stop the massage at any point as a result of discomfort or illness.
